The Family YMCA is seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to serve as our Association Director of Early Learning. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all early learning programs
- Drive enrollment growth and community partnerships
- Lead annual campaign efforts and support fundraising initiatives
- Develop staff recruitment and workforce pipeline strategies
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and compliance standards
- Serve as the primary community ambassador for early learning services
- Bachelor's degree required (Early Childhood, Education, Business, or related field preferred) OR Associate's degree in a related field with significant progressive leadership experience in early childhood or nonprofit management.
- 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in childcare or nonprofit management
- Strong experience in staff development, enrollment management, and community engagement
- Fundraising and grant experience preferred
