Family-oriented medical practice is seeking a full-time or part-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Obtain and document patients’ vital signs
- Take and document brief medical histories
- Enter and maintain patient information in the EHR
- Administer injections as directed
- Perform simple in-house laboratory testing
- Draw blood for send-out laboratory testing
- Assist providers with patient care and other clinical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- CMA certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a medical practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused
