Homelessness Programs: Shelter Services
Family Tree’s programs are family shelters serving households that are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program provides a safe and supportive residential environment, case management, and basic needs using a multigenerational, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach. House of Hope and GOALS operates 24/7.
Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the program. The Program Manager provides direct leadership and supervision to residential staff, ensures effective staffing and service delivery, supports a safe and welcoming shelter environment, and responds to immediate client and staff needs. The Program Manager works closely with the Vice President of Homelessness Programs and the Data and Benfits Manager to ensure the programs operate consistently with Family Tree policies, program expectations, contractual requirements, and the organization’s mission and values.
