Role Description The Client Services Case Manager is a part-time, remote role with headquarters in Castle Rock, CO. This position is responsible for managing a caseload of clients, conducting in person intake assessments, and developing individualized service plans that align with family needs and goals. The Case Manager coordinates resources, provides referrals, and maintains regular contact with clients to monitor progress and support positive outcomes. Daily tasks include documenting case activity, collaborating with community partners, and responding promptly to client inquiries to ensure high levels of client support and satisfaction. The role also involves participating in team meetings, contributing to program improvement, and upholding organizational policies and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage caseloads, support families, and address client needs effectively.
- Strong Communication abilities to conduct assessments, explain services clearly, and collaborate with families and community partners.
- Customer Satisfaction focus to ensure responsive follow-up, quality service delivery, and continuous improvement of client experience.
- Experience in case management, social services, or a related human services field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
- Knowledge of community resources and support programs serving families and children is beneficial.
- Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
