What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inspector - Seasonal - Part Time position at Family Time Vacation Rentals LLC?
The Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for inspecting designated properties ensuring they have been properly cleaned and stocked for guest arrivals.
Strong communication with Management is a must. Must be able to perform independently, follow strict guidelines, make decisions, problem solve, and be extremely reliable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:
- Thoroughly inspects a property for cleanliness, maintenance issues and wear and tear concerns.
- Records inspection results within the property care system.
- Correct and communicate any cleaning issues found during inspection.
- Ensures proper use of inventory and supplies.
- Reports any missing, damaged or maintenance issues in properties immediately by creating an issue inside the property care system.
- Report Urgent maintenance issues and damage to local management.
- Assist in resolving guest and owner complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate any guest issues and feedback to local management to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Knows and follows all company, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Programs.

- Non-Employees are not permitted in SRV properties
- Workdays start at 8 am if vacant and 11 am if guests or owners are checking out (can start earlier if applies).
- Properties must be completed by 4 pm that scheduled day unless approved
- Must attend mandatory meetings that are held by FTVR
- Properties with Spas and Jet tubs need to be completed by Housekeeping unless stated otherwise
- Property shutdowns and property turn on procedures are required and to be followed and communicated
Salary : $18 - $20
