We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to care for our vacation rental homes in the Sisters, Oregon area. This is more than just a cleaning job — it’s a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. What You’ll Do:
Clean and reset vacation rental homes to guest-ready condition
Stage homes with attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming environment
Restock amenities and ensure all guest supplies are in place
Perform quality checks and report maintenance issues or damages
Communicate with the property management team to ensure timely turnovers
Represent our company values of professionalism, care, and hospitality
What We’re Looking For:
Housekeeping or cleaning experience (vacation rental or hotel preferred)
Strong eye for detail and a high standard of cleanliness
Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work independently
A sense of pride in providing a guest-ready space that feels like home
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed

Location: Primarily in Sisters, Oregon
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours based on booking volume
Pay: Competitive piece rate
Supplies: All cleaning supplies provided
Fuel Stipend: Monthly Fuel Stipend
Cell Phone Reimbursement: Monthly credit for cell phone.
