Description:
Family Therapy & Consultation Services (FTxCS) are seeking Licensed Clinical Evaluators (LCE's) and Independently Licensed Clinicians (LPC's, LCSW's, LMFT's) to provide clinically appropriate assessments and evaluations for children, adolescents and provide supervision to master's level clinicians in the IBHS CBH Program.
Providing both assessments and supervision is the expectation and a requirement for this position.
***LCE assessments must be conducted in-person. No virtual option.
***Supervision hours are conducted virtually.
***Per Diem Position
***$75/hr
Specific Description of Duties:
- Outreach to families to schedule Level of Care Assessment
- Complete Evaluations and necessary documentation
- Conduct weekly supervision to master's level clinicians
- Execute timely documentation
- Address issues that may arise with communication between therapist and families.
- Complete other tasks as requested by the management team.
- Provide crisis support when needed during evaluations
- Create safety plans with youth and family when needed
- Schedule in school or evening evaluations to accommodate needs of families/clients
- Assess for appropriate clinical diagnosis from DSM-V
- Collaborate with Billing and Compliance Department to ensure program goals and objectives are met
- Coordinate with counselors to include appropriate school information
- Submit Weekly Invoice for completed written orders
- Upload appropriate information into EHR
Requirement:
Licensed Clinical Evaluator (LCE) and approved clinical supervisors must meet one of the following:
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW (licensed in PA)
