Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will perform tasks such as maintenance and repair, conducting field services, troubleshooting equipment or systems, and providing customers with detailed service information. The role involves working directly with clients to ensure solutions are effectively implemented and their needs are met.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair along with general maintenance skills
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities for identifying and resolving issues effectively
- Experience in Field Service and familiarity with on-site service tasks
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build trust and address customer needs professionally
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in pest control or environmental services is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
