About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized care to our clients in Springdale, OH. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide companionship and support. You will work under the supervision of our registered nurses to deliver top-notch care and promote independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to our registered nurses
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Must be willing to travel to client's homes within a designated geographic area
Requirements:
Minimum 0 years of experience in home health care or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and transfer clients with mobility impairments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to care
Ability to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
