Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, providing medication support, and participating in community outings, events, and vacations. Each day will present new opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Support medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed routines.
- Engage in social activities and community outings, promoting integration and enjoyment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families.
- Document progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
Qualifications:
- DODD certification
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
