Bilingual Outpatient Therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or higher)

Job Description:

We are looking for individuals licensed to provide clinical mental health services. This candidate must have strong engagement skills and working knowledge of generally accepted therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

This position is responsible for providing community-based services utilizing evidence-based best practices and implementing interventions in professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will provide intensive, person-centered, and strength-based services. 

As a Licensed Clinician, your responsibilities may include:

• Completing intakes, reassessments, and providing therapy, and skills-based interventions

• Providing supervision (based on your clinical skill set and our office operations)

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

•  Applicant must be fully licensed in clinical or counseling psychology and/or social work (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPA).

• This role offers the flexibility to work with clients in a variety of settings throughout Harris County, including homes, schools, and offices.  Regular travel to our Houston office will be required for meetings and training.

• A master’s degree is preferred

• A candidate who at minimum an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT with a master’s degree with verifiable clinical experience will be considered who must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of engagement skills and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mental health-related problems along with an understanding of DSM criteria.

• Understand the importance of timely, consistent, and appropriate interventions.

• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English proficiently is required.

Job Compensation is determined based on the following qualifications: experience, education, and licensure
