Role Description This full-time, on-site LPC/LMFT/LCSW role is based in Monroe, LA. The clinician will provide outpatient counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating care with other professionals, and participating in case consultations. The role also involves supporting clients through crisis intervention when needed, collaborating with community resources, and contributing to a positive, ethical, and client-centered practice environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Mental Health skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and delivery of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Candidates should possess Behavioral Health skills, such as addressing behavioral challenges, co-occurring conditions, and promoting coping and resilience.
- Active licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Louisiana (or eligibility to obtain licensure promptly).
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients of varied ages and backgrounds.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
- Experience in outpatient counseling or a similar clinical setting is preferred.
