JOB SUMMARY
Family Services of Westchester is seeking a Full-Time School-based Clinician to join our Family Mental Health Program located in Port Chester, NY.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling based on clinical diagnosis and assessment of the client’s presenting problem within the school based satellite clinic
- Accurately doccument all clinical interventions, diagnosis, symptoms, and presenting problems in the Electronic Medical Record
- Provide high quality, evidenced-based treatment using a variety of modalities including trauma systems therapy and substance use disorder interventions
- Participate in weekly supervision, multi-disciplinary team meetings, and service training programs
- Provide crisis counseling, linages to concrete wraparound services, and coordinate with school officials to better serve the needs of students and families
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/LICENSURE
- Masters Degree and state licensure in: LMCW, LCSW, LMHC (Required)
OTHER
- Bilingual (Preferred)
