What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Officer position at Family Services Incorporated?
Family Services continues to grow and has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Compliance Officer in the Intellectual Disabilities Program. This position will be responsible for regulatory compliance, incident management, risk mitigation, & quality assurance. The successful candidate will be familiar with the Office of Developmental Programs 55 PA Code ODP HCBS Chapter 51; Residential Chapter 6400; Lifesharing Chapter 6500 and Enterprise Incident Management. ODP Certified Investigator certification will be obtained within 12 months of hire.
Education/Work Experience: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, human services or education and 2 years work experience in administration or supervision in the human services field OR any equivalent combination of education and/or experience. EOE
