Role Description
Pay Range $75,000-$90,000 annually. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor, based in Moreno Valley, CA, with some remote work flexibility. The Clinical Social Worker/Clinical Supervisor, will provide clinical supervision to Associate and Intern clinical social workers, carry a small caseload, support our Mental Health Consultation program, and our child abuse treatment and prevention program. Key responsibilities include provide direct individual, couples and family therapy. Conduct DBT Skills groups for parents and youth. Assess client needs, create treatment plans, coordinate care, maintain timely documentation and provide case management as appropriate. Provide weekly group and individual clinical supervision, conduct chart audits of associates and interns, review, and sign supervisee’s progress notes. Assist in planning, preparing, and facilitating team meetings.
Qualifications
Licensed as a Clinical
- Social Worker for at least 2 years.
- Experience in supporting underserved communities, and victims of trauma.
- Knowledge and experience in Case Management and Coordination of Care Services.
- Understanding of Behavioral Health services and resources.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, families, clients and community partners.
- Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) in the State of CA.
- Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences with an active license, and
able to provide clinical supervision to social work students interns and associates.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records, medical billing, and documentation systems.
- Able to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Clean driving record.
- Bilingual skills are an advantage.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
