Position Summary: The Admin Supervisor is responsible to directly supervise FSRI's Front office and Intake team, and to implement and monitor systems to improve client care and to drive continuous improvement initiatives across FSRI. Provides hands-on support, education, and guidance to supervisees to ensure deliverables and services meet deadlines and are consistent with overall goals and strategies of the department and organization. Provides support and leadership to FSRI's Quality Management Department and Internship Program as appropriate.

Specific Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the hiring and training of the front office and intake team
  • Provides supervision to the front office and intake team and meets with all assigned supervisees routinely
  • Conducts 6-month and annual performance evaluations for all assigned supervisees, and addresses performance concerns as needed
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, warm, welcoming, and safe environment in all office spaces and waiting areas
  • Responsible for developing the front office schedule and for covering shifts as needed
  • Performs the duties and responsibilities of the front office and intake staff as needed to ensure all client needs are met, and all operating hours are covered for the safety and wellbeing of all clients and staff across FSRI facilities
  • Responsible for the ongoing monitoring of benefits & insurance information for people receiving our services, including collecting, verifying, and entering benefits & insurance information into EMR
  • Responsible for overall client experience and to ensure clients are linked to services as soon as possible
  • Assists with the development of FSRI's Internship program
  • Meets and coordinates with school personnel to assist with the growth and sustainability of FSRI's Internship program as appropriate
  • Actively participates in the Agency's PQI process as appropriate
  • Supports programs with the implementation and execution of plans developed in response to Quarterly Audit results as appropriate
  • Assists with the COA Accreditation process to ensure compliance with all COA requirements as appropriate
  • Teaches and models a trauma-informed, systems of care approach
  • Actively participates in Safety Committee
  • Works collaboratively across department and divisions to ensure quality service
  • Contributes to a healthy and inclusive staff culture through modeling inclusion, flexibility, compassion, and a strong work ethic
  • Attends and participates in all required program and agency trainings
  • Adheres to all agency and CCBHC policies and procedures, including HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and all state and federal regulations
  • Performs additional responsibilities consistent with Agency needs, defined in consultation with supervisor(s)

Qualifications:
  • Incorporating authenticity, empathy, and patience into daily practice
  • Providing care that is respectful, empowering, and responsive to the person receiving services
  • Demonstrates communication and conversational skills that inspire trust and consistency
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
  • Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.


Physical Requirements: This position may require travel between FSRI offices and attending community events. Employees in this position must have the ability to:
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
  • Travel to and from community locations and office sites, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs
  • Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements

Salary : $65,820 - $81,839
