Clinician

We have an excellent full time opportunity for a Clinician to provide outpatient treatment to individual/families of the Behavioral Health Center in an office and/or outreach basis. The starting salary range is $54,870 - $56,950

Duties and responsibilities:

• Clinicians will provide therapy services - individual, group, couples or family. Services may be office based, school based, community based or via telehealth as appropriate for the clinical needs of the client.
• Clinicians will attend case conferences and multi-disciplinary meetings. Clinicians will be expected to maintain caseload as assigned to perform assessment, treatment, planning and ongoing psychotherapy.
• Clinicians will make referrals to other resources, agencies, clinics, and hospitals as needed.
• Clinicians may be called upon to provide trainings and to participate in the clinic staff training program, as well as being available as a consultant on clinical work issues.
• Ongoing supervision will be provided to meet requirement of the agency and licensing bodies.
• Clinicians will provide on-call triage to clients of FSA’s Behavioral Health Center on a rotating basis.  Each on call shift is weekly, Tuesday to Tuesday from 5pm to 9am weekdays and 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays. Clinicians are reimbursed at a rate week per on-call rotation week.
• Clinicians will be required to submit a timesheet biweekly.
• Full-time Clinicians receive 3 weeks Paid Time off and 11 Paid Holidays. Paid Time off must be used by June 30^th of each fiscal year unless the clinician starts in the final quarter of the fiscal year. Such person will have until October 1^st of the next fiscal year to take accrued PTO. Full-time clinicians working 40 hours will be expected to bill 56 billable units per pay period.

• Must have a Masters in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related field.
• Must be licensed or license eligible.  – LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT.
