Family Service Lincoln is seeking a dependable and skilled part-time Maintenance Worker to help maintain our facilities and residential units. This position performs general repairs, preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, and light groundskeeping to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and welcoming.

What we ask:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs in agency facilities and apartment units.
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repair tasks.
- Prepare apartment units for new residents, including cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and safety checks.
- Respond to maintenance requests and communicate the status of completed or outstanding work.
- Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with preventative maintenance of building systems, equipment, and appliances.
- Perform light landscaping and lawn care, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and general grounds cleanup.
- Assist with seasonal tasks, including snow and ice removal, as needed.
- Maintain tools, equipment, maintenance supplies, and accurate records of completed work.
- Coordinate with vendors or contractors when repairs require specialized services.
- Follow all agency safety procedures and treat residents, employees, and community members with professionalism and respect.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
