We are seeking an RV Sales consultant to join our team!
Family RV is looking for a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business!Small family owned RV lot looking for a motivated individual who enjoys meeting and talking to people and wants to earn some extra income selling RVs. Commission based. This is PART Time, includes weekends. It is a perfect job for someone that is retired/semi retired person. We are only looking for someone a few days a week.
You don’t necessarily need previous sales experience to take advantage of this RV sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential. What you need is a great attitude, a talent for dealing with people and a knack for paying attention to even the smallest details. We will provide the training you need to succeed! Candidates who have excelled in this position may have prior RV or automotive industry experience, but we are open to anyone with passion, drive, and with an unyielding desire to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement dealership sales process
- Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
- Present and demonstrate inventory and build value in product
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
- Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
- To maximize earning potential; you must be willing to work some weekend’s
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a Big Plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
- Valid driver's license
