The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. This position involves overseeing administrative functions, managing office resources, and serving as a key point of contact for staff and external partners. This office is in Landover, MD.
This is a 20-25 hour a week position. 7am-12pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for staff
- Needs knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office, etc
- Organize office events, meetings, and logistics
- Manage company phones and communications
- Implement and maintain office policies and systems
- Maintain filing systems and office records in an organized manner
