Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position requires a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care activities including landscaping, edging, and trimming to ensure well-maintained landscapes.
- Engage in groundskeeping tasks such as planting, watering, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, building, and other landscaping projects.
- Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- A keen eye for detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
