What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visitation Specialist position at Family Rooted?
- Family Rooted Family Assistance purpose is to be a meaningful role in the process of assisting foster children and natural parents become a family rooted component. Visitation Specialist , Subcontractors, are hired by Family Rooted with experience in early childhood education, child mentoring, and any experience with children in the public or community. Family Rooted will demonstrate Family Time Facilitator performing visitation services for the Department of Children, Youth, and family services (DCYF). Family Rooted ensures that the Family Time Facilitator is cultivating an environment that motivates the parent child relationship while the child is nurtured and the parent is supported.
** Elgible * for a raise after 90 days.*
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years old
- CPR/ First Aid & Bloodborne Pathogen Certification
- Must Pass a State background check (required documents)
- 1 year experience assisting with Children
- Two Letters of recommendation
- 1099 position (Subcontractor)

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
