Our Woodinville branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.
Current Client Needs:
- Shorter 3-6 hour shifts available. Shorter shift can be stacked to make a full day if desired
- Example of stacked shift schedule: 9am-1pm, 2pm-7pm; or 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm
- Clients are located on the Eastside (Woodinville, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Fall City, Snoqualmie) must be willing to work in these areas
Pay rate: $23-$23.50 hr

Caregiver Job Duties
Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):
- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cooking and/or serving meals
- Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
- Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
- Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
- Monitoring and reporting on their condition
Additional Information
- Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a video interview and then an in-person interview with our Branch Manager if applicable. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
- The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
- Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
- Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
