Our Seattle branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA, HCA. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.
Current Client Needs:
- Available to work daytime hours Monday through Friday, typically between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m
- Open to short 2-to-5-hour shifts
- No overnight shifts available at this time
- Valid CNA, HCA
- Valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.
- Comfortable with cats and dogs — most of our clients have pets
Service areas: Northgate, Capitol Hill, Shoreline, White Center, Magnolia/Queen Anne, West Seattle, Skyway, Green Lake, Central Seattle/Downtown, and Ballard
Pay rate: $24-$24.50/hr

Caregiver Job Duties
Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):
- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cooking and/or serving meals
- Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
- Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
- Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
- Monitoring and reporting on their condition
Additional Information
- Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a video interview and then an in-person interview with our Branch Manager if applicable. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
- The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
- Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
- Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
