Duties
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee daily business activities across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans and business development opportunities
- Manage key projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and vendor agreements to support operational needs
- Monitor performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions promptly
Requirements
- Proven management experience
- Nonprofit/Social Services experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams
- Must be able to pass a background check
