What are the responsibilities and job description for the AA for Parenting position at FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER OF SOUTH FLORIDA INC.?
This position requires a highly responsible and efficient individual who will be in charge of providing assistance to the Clinical Director with administrative support as needed.
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree preferred
- At least two years of experience with Excel and SAMIS computer programs.
- At least two years of experience with Children's Trust Data Base
1. Review referrals that come in via email or fax, for completeness and appropriate fit for FRC offered curricula and language options.
2. Responsible for initial outreach to all prospective clients to schedule registration appointments.
3. Maintains client files, filing, and updates clients’ records.
4. Uploads weekly attendance data and assessment scores into SAMIS.
5. Maintains program excel data profile up to date.
6. Completes administrative tasks on behalf of the Parenting Supervisor on the occasion that the Parenting Supervisor is absent.
7. Orders supplies, as needed, for the Parenting program
8. Tracks, Reviews, and enters into SAMIS all pre and post assessment tools
9. Organizes all files in file room and prepares files for storage with Iron Mountain®
10. Obtains client’s files and documentation as needed.
11. Attends clinical staff meetings
12. Tracks referrals and class assignments
13. Responds to e-mails and phone calls on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
14. Participates in the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement programs of the agency.
15. Contributes to the understanding and acceptance of cultural diversity within the agency and the community.
16. Complies with all relevant JCAHO standards and regulations.
17. Utilizes the agency’s resources in a fiscally conservative manner.
18. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Clinical Director.
