Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Certified Full Case Manager. In this position, the case manager will oversee a caseload of children and families to ensure their overall safety and well-being. Responsibilities include assessing the needs of children and families, developing service plans, coordinating care and support services, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with all state and agency regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and documentation while providing advocacy and support to ensure positive outcomes. Collaboration with team members and community partners is a vital aspect of this role.
