Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a residential home care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
- Educate patients and family members on health management, medications, and care techniques
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations and standards of care
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Previous home health, residential care, or community nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently
