Summary

As a Payroll Clerk, you will be integral to maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring timely processing of employee compensation. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will utilize your core skills in accounting and payroll management, alongside premium expertise in software like Famous, Pago, and Picktrace. Your role will involve data entry, benefits administration, and compliance with financial regulations. By leveraging your relevant skills in payroll and data entry, you will contribute to the financial integrity of our organization and support our commitment to employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a payroll clerk
• Bilingual, English and Spanish
• Proficient in accounting principles and financial concepts
• Experience with payroll processing and management
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Famous, Pago, Picktrace
• Knowledge of payroll law
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely using accounting software and payroll management systems such as Famous, Pago, and Picktrace.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain employee records and payroll information.
• Assist in benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and compensation.
• Collaborate with management to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
• Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
