Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services for children and families impacted by autism and other developmental disabilities.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians

  • Analyze data and make clinical decisions based on objective evidence

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers

  • Maintain clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports

  • Uphold BACB standards and ethical guidelines in all service delivery


Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

  • Virginia State licensure 

  • 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment
