Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to provide homemaking and companionship services for a client in Ledyard, CT. This role is focused on creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly companionship and social interaction
- Assist with light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, laundry)
- Prepare simple meals or assist with meal setup
- Run errands or assist with shopping as needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living space
Schedule & Availability:
Shifts are available daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are flexible and open to candidates who can commit to some or all of the available days.
Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving or related experience preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
