What You’ll Do
As a Sales Professional, you’ll help customers find the right powersports vehicle for their lifestyle and make their ownership experience unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers on the sales floor, by phone, and online to understand their needs.
- Match customers with the perfect ATV, motorcycle, or side-by-side.
- Stay current on product specs, features, and promotions.
- Conduct test rides and product walkarounds to demonstrate key features.
- Accurately complete sales contracts, finance applications, and trade-in documentation.
- Keep the showroom organized and ready for customers.
- Log and track customer activity in the CRM to build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and other departments to achieve dealership goals.
