What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pool equipment including pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, salt systems, and plumbing components
- Perform pool openings, closings, equipment installations, and system upgrades
- Test, balance, and adjust pool water chemistry
- Identify and resolve service issues efficiently and professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and equipment operation
- Complete service documentation accurate job records
- Work independently in the field while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Assist in training or supporting junior technicians when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in pool service, plumbing, electrical, mechanical repair, or a related technical field
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage service routes effectively
- Professional attitude and strong customer communication skills
- Knowledge of pool equipment, automation, heaters, and water chemistry preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift equipment and perform hands-on work
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable, dependable, and motivated to take pride in quality work
