About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and clinically sound RNs and LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities
Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support Monitor and document patient condition and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and CMS guidelines (OASIS documentation required for RN) Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN or LPN license (Compact License accepted)
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- Level 2 background screening (AHCA-compliant)
- TB screening and physical (within past 6 months)
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and time management
- Reliable transportation and commitment to punctual, professional care.
