Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions regarding medications and health concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare professionals and document patient information.
- Support the pharmacy team in managing inventory, including ordering and restocking medications as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and aseptic techniques to prevent contamination during medication preparation.
Requirements
- Previous pharmacy technician experience is required; PioneerRx experience is preferred.
- Arabic speaker.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding patient service.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
