What You'll Do
As a key member of our front desk team, you'll:
- Deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced veterinary setting
- Manage a high-volume phone system and schedule appointments efficiently
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding estimates, services, medications, and hospital policies
- Coordinate with technicians and veterinarians to support smooth daily operations
- Handle emotional or sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
You'll play a vital role in shaping every client's experience — and we truly value that.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 2 years of customer service experience (veterinary, medical, or healthcare preferred)
- Communicates clearly, confidently, and kindly
- Excels at multitasking and staying organized in a busy environment
- Has experience with practice management software (preferred)
- Remains calm and professional in emotional or high-pressure situations
- Is reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Has genuine compassion for pets and the people who love them
