About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide direct supervision to a team of therapists ensuring clinical excellence, compliance with standards, and a supportive environment for professional growth. You will balance leadership responsibilities with a small caseload, offering both oversight and direct care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide weekly clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations.
- Support staff in case consultation, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster ongoing professional development.
- Maintain a small caseload of clients, modeling best practices in outpatient therapy.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop policies, improve workflows, and expand services.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Active, unrestricted license in PA (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
- Approved/eligible to provide clinical supervision in PA.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
