We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our team! As a mental health therapist, you will perform quality, sound, evidenced-based, trauma & attachment - informed treatment, and responsive care to clients seeking services, assessments, consultations, and professional development training. Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Record all documentation in EHR System, adequately and timely, to be consistent with billing requirements and practice policy
- Adhere to all practice and licensing standards
- Licensed or Licensed Eligible - must meet residency requirements respective to Board (Counseling or Social Work)
- Completed or in the process of completing a Master's degree in counseling, social work, human services, or a similar field
- Maintain personal professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organization skills
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
