What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Consultant position at Family Mortgage Group LLC?
We are seeking a Georgia Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to become a part of our team! You will evaluate and authorize the origination and approval of residential Mortgage loans. Accepting active Georgia NMLO's ONLY. If you do not have an active Georgia State Mortgage Loan License, NMLS Registered, with a credit or Banking intuition does not qualify as being License to work for privately own residential mortgage lending company. Please do NOT apply.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the loan application process
- Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
- File loan applications and supporting documents
- Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
- Handle customer needs, and take appropriate action to resolve them
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with realtors and clients, must have an independent book of business to start
- Must have an active Georgia NMLS license
- Previous experience in residential Mortgage originating
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
