Responsibilities

- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management for patient appointments.
- Verify and file insurance in the Electronic Health Record system.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with office management duties including inventory management of office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management practices is essential.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
