SUMMARY OF POSITION
Part-Time, 12PM-5PM, Monday- Friday
The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients in a medical clinic. This role ensures a professional, welcoming environment while managing front office operations, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining smooth workflow in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
- Register patients, complete check-in/check-out procedures, and verify insurance information.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, including referrals to other facilities when needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED
