We are a growing transportation company seeking an experienced Dispatch / Load Planner / Operations Manager to join our team and grow with us.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Load planning and dispatch coordination
- Booking and securing freight
- Managing daily dispatch operations
- Working closely with drivers
- Communicating with brokers and customers
- Negotiating rates and maximizing profitability
- Monitoring pickups, deliveries, and service performance
- Maintaining accurate dispatch and load records
Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatch, load planning, or freight booking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of trucking operations and market rates
- Brokerage relationships are a plus, but not required
Pay & Compensation:
- $18 per hour
- Plus 1.5% commission on booked loads
