We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant. As a key member of the team, the Administrative Assistant ensures the smooth functioning of daily operations, helping Family Lifeline deliver health and hope directly into the home by keeping our staff, materials, and systems running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about keeping things organized and running smoothly. Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment while being resourceful
- High School Diploma
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact and provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, maintaining HR files, and managing office/kitchen supplies.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, track program materials, and support event scheduling, paperwork, and set-up.
- Support operations by coordinating logistics for events, trainings, new hires, and vendors, as well as assisting with data entry and maintenance requests.
- Provide basic finance support, including filing, petty cash reconciliations, Food Card coordination, and check runs.
- Maintain marketing materials and provide occasional support for communications such as emails, mailers, social media, and photo/directory updates.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
