Duties
Support Staff personnel provide for the smooth operation of the office mechanics by answering correspondence, telephones, paging therapists as needed, taking referral information and messages, and scheduling.
Detailed job duties include:
Facilitate all office organization as delegated.
Carry out all office procedures and proper record keeping policies as instructed.
Implementation of all agency correspondence as given responsibility for.
To be available to take calls for the agency and use paging system to give needed information to therapists.
Flexible fixed hours.
Hours of office operation are:
9am-7pm Monday through Thursday
9am-5pm on Fridays.
Closed Saturday and Sunday
Full or part time hours available.
Salary : $22,000 - $32,000
