We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Homemakers/Sitters/Companions (HSC) to join our team. As an HSC at Family Life Care, you will play a vital role in helping our patients by providing compassionate and professional care in the comfort of their own home.
You will have the opportunity to choose from various assignments. FLC works with you to build your work schedule around your needs. FLC is proud to serve our entire community from children to senior citizens. We love our veterans and are especially proud to assist them.
HSCs at FLC perform many duties in our patient's homes such as,
Prepare meals and ensure clients receive nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs.
Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Maintain cleanliness in the client's living environment by performing everyday light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
Requirements
- Current CPR Certification
- Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
- Current TB test with negative results (in the last year)Health Statement (Within the past 6 months)
- Ability to pass a Level II background check EducationAwareness | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration
- 7 CEU's Required - (3-Hr Alzheimer's Disease Initiative, Communication w/Cognitively impaired Clients, Resident Rights, HIV, Infection control, Reporting Elder/Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation
Salary : $15 - $17
