This position is an hourly position with normal work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however occasional nights or weekends may be necessary to work Marketing events throughout the community.

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and care
- Greet and assist visitors
- Schedule appointments and help keep calendars on track
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including:
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting with bill pay and basic expense tracking
- Supporting special projects and follow-up tasks
- Assist with social media posting and basic website updates
- Help coordinate community events and outreach efforts
- Create simple marketing materials (flyers, emails, announcements)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized and dependable
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Detail-oriented, especially when handling scheduling and financial tasks
- Basic knowledge of social media and office technology
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
