Family Kia is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department.
We are looking for an experienced professional who knows how to build customer relationships, maximize service opportunities, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to professionally present and sell recommended maintenance and repairs.

Kia experience is a plus, but not required! We welcome experienced advisors from all automotive brands.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet every customer with professionalism and hospitality.
- Build lasting relationships through honesty, communication, and trust.
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs.
- Communicate accurate repair estimates and completion times.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the service process.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Meet individual sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Deliver a service experience that keeps customers coming back.
