The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Dental Treatment & Insurance Coordinator who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping patients. In this role, you’ll guide patients through their treatment journey, ensure smooth insurance operations, and support daily office functions. You’ll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while contributing to the efficiency and success of our growing practice.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental front-office position (Required)
- Dentrix knowledge (Required)
- Dental insurance knowledge (Required)
- English proficiency (Required)
- Driven, self-motivated, and proactive in learning and growth
- Delivers exceptional customer service, clear communication, and confident presentation skills
Your Key Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans to patients
- Submit insurance claims and process EOBs accurately and efficiently
- Track and report key office metrics
- Maintain and analyze aging reports
- Develop and maintain strong patient relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction
