Full-time Childcare Provider

Location: Unionville, TN
Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with guaranteed hours
Start Date: August 2026

Looking for a childcare position where you can focus on caring for children; not cleaning an entire house or planning elaborate activities? A role similar to daycare teacher, but with the perks of a small ratio and flexibility of a home environment where you will be valued as an extension of our family support team.

We're a warm, respectful family in Unionville looking for a dependable full-time caregiver for our sweet twin toddlers. We value calm, responsive childcare and are searching for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children while providing a safe, loving, and consistent environment.

This position offers guaranteed hours, paid time off, paid holidays, and a predictable daily routine in a supportive home where you can focus on what matters most: caring for the children.

One parent works remotely from a dedicated home office during the day but respects the caregiver's role and allows them to independently manage the children's routine. Extra help is available when needed, but we strive to avoid micromanaging and believe in open communication and mutual respect.

About Our Family

Our twins are happy, curious toddlers who love books, music, outdoor play, and exploring together. They thrive on routine, and we have found that predictable days help everyone enjoy themselves.

Most days include:

• Reading books
• Indoor and outdoor play
• Simple crafts, music, or sensory activities
• Serving snacks and lunch
• Following a consistent nap routine
• Encouraging independent play and exploration
• Cleaning up toys, children's dishes, and other messes from the day

What You Won't Be Asked To Do

This position is intentionally focused on childcare. You will not be expected to:

• Transport the children
• Run errands
• Grocery shop
• Deep clean the home
• Do family laundry
• Prepare meals for the family
• Constantly entertain the children every minute of the day

We believe toddlers benefit from both engaged interaction and opportunities for independent play in a calm, relaxed home environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Is dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Loves working with toddlers
• Can confidently care for two children of the same age
• Is comfortable following an established daily routine
• Communicates openly and professionally
• Is comfortable with friendly household pets (no pet care required)
• Has previous childcare experience (experience with twins is a bonus but not required)
• Holds CPR/First Aid certification or is willing to obtain certification after hire
