The Admissions Coordinator coordinates all aspects of admissions, including pre-screening, benefits verification, financial communication, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and appropriate placement. Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries in a timely, professional manner

Conduct initial screenings to assess patient needs and determine appropriate level of care

Coordinate all aspects of the admissions process from inquiry through placement

Verify insurance benefits and clearly communicate financial responsibilities

Accurately document all interactions and patient information within the EMR system

Serve as a liaison between patients, families, referral sources, and clinical teams

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or healthcare admissions preferred

Technical Skills
